Living Muay Thai - Return Policy

Living Muay Thai (LMT) offers both physical products and educational services. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and transfers related to all purchases made from Living Muay Thai.

 

Product Returns and Refunds

 

Eligible Products

  • Traditional armbands
  • T-shirts
  • Traditional training shorts
  • Other equipment and gear

Return Conditions

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, LMT will accept returns and provide either:
    • A replacement of the same item
    • A full refund to the original payment method
  • Mis-Ordered Products: If you order the incorrect size, color, or item, LMT will accept returns and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Timeframe

  • All product returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to the customer
  • Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unless defective

Return Process

  • Email your return request to info@livingmuaythai.org
  • Include in your email:
    • Your order number or receipt
    • Photos of the product (if defective)
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
  • Our team will respond with further instructions, including shipping information

Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products: LMT will cover the cost of return shipping
  • For mis-ordered products: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

 

 

Event and Service Refund Policy

 

Applicable Events

  • Seminars
  • The LMT Summit
  • The Symposium
  • Any other paid training events

No-Refund Policy

  • Registration fees for all events are non-refundable
  • This policy helps us accurately plan for facilities, instructors, and materials

Credit Transfer Option

  • While refunds are not available, payments made for an event may be transferred as credit toward a future LMT event
  • To request a transfer:
    • Notify info@livingmuaythai.org by the end of the final day of the originally registered event
    • Indicate that you would like your payment transferred to a future event
    • Include your original registration confirmation or order number

Transfer Credit Terms

  • Transfer credits have no expiration date
  • Credits may be applied to any future LMT event
  • To use your credit, you must contact LMT before your desired future event reaches capacity
  • There is no fee for transferring credit between events

Special Circumstances

  • While our no-refund policy is firm, customers who believe they have exceptional circumstances may submit their case to our sales team for review
  • LMT reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund requests, and is under no obligation to provide refunds for events

Payment Processing

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • The same refund procedure applies regardless of payment type (credit card, debit card, etc.)
