LMT is an intentional community where members care for one another’s well-being in and out of the ring, on and off the mat. Gyms share resources, staff, knowledge, and support across geographic and organizational lines. Community is both the foundation that supports LMT’s programming and the wrecking ball that demolishes the space between martial educators and the external support we need to be our best.
Curriculum & Outcomes Program. A complete, adaptive curriculum with digital tracking, transparent standards, and clear pathways from first class through instructorship. Videos clarify expectations, and badges make it clear what has been attained and what is on the horizon. Your students know where they stand, and you know what they need next. The system handles the tracking so you can focus on teaching.
Educator Training. Structured, research-backed professional development in high-impact teaching tools, instructional design, and classroom methodology. Not theory for theory’s sake, but practical skills that bring the martial classroom to the cutting edge.
Events & Training Exchange. Access for you AND your students to the annual Summit, regional Mini-Camps, with early bird registration and affiliate discounts, as well as traveling seminars, and LMT’s open training exchange. Your students can train at any LMT gym for free. LMT instructors can visit yours. With LMT, the world is your classroom.
Community. A board of educators and a growing network of affiliates who share knowledge, exchange methods, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. Town Hall meetings, ongoing communication, collaborative learning events, and active, intentional contact points lay the foundation for LMT’s community. LMT’s board of educators is available for direct support, and affiliates are guided in supporting one another on an ongoing basis.

Affiliation means gaining a framework of curriculum, tools, and community support. It does not mean surrendering what you’ve built. In fact, what you’ve built is guaranteed to change LMT.
You choose how to integrate the curriculum. You choose which events to attend. You choose how to test your students and how to run your classes. LMT provides the infrastructure. You decide how to use it. That is what an adaptive framework offers. The educators who built LMT are independent gym owners, and we know that our uniqueness in concert is our strength.
LMT offers tiered affiliate plans to meet you where you are. Every gym tier includes the same value: full access to LMT’s curriculum, digital tracking platform, educator training, events, training exchange, discounts, basic student memberships, and community. The tiers are based on gym size, enforcing accessibility so whether you grow deeper or larger, we can do it together. Individual memberships are available for those without gyms or teachers.
Gym Tier A: (1–10 students) — $60/month Full LMT affiliation for educators who are just starting out or experienced practitioners who prefer a small, committed group.
Gym Tier B: (11–50 students) — $100/month Full LMT affiliation for the gym that needs tools that match its momentum.
Gym Tier C (51–150 students) — $200/month Full LMT affiliation to help support a gym with the complex programming needs that match a large student body.
Gym Tier D (151+ students) — $250/month Full LMT affiliation for the largest facilities in the network.
Individual Student Membership — $25/month. For students who want to train within LMT’s online academy, get discounts to events, and track your progress, but do not have access to an LMT gym or instructor.
Every affiliated gym’s active students receive free basic accounts with full curriculum access, curriculum video library, product and event discounts, and progress tracking at no cost to the gym. Students who want enhanced features, AI tools, and access to professional development pathways can upgrade for a small monthly fee through the LMT platform.
These are introductory rates, available to [insert either ‘first x members’ or the final date]. LMT is launching with pricing that rewards those who commit early. As the organization grows and programming expands, pricing will evolve, but early affiliates are locked into introductory-tier for as long as they remain members. The people who believed first will always be recognized.
